Terms of sale
Terms of sale in force as of 1 November 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
1. Seller
La Maison Noor products are sold by Ahmed HADJAM, sole trader (EI) trading as “AHMED-L’ANCIEN”, 59 rue de Ponthieu, office 326, 75008 Paris, France, SIREN 928 380 260, registered with the RNE, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). 2. Scope
These terms apply to any order placed on lamaisonnoor.com by a consumer for delivery in France or another European Union country. Placing an order means accepting these terms.
3. Products
NOOR Hair Oil is a 100 ml hair oil made with seven oils. The full ingredient list (INCI) is on the bottle label and, once published there, on the product page; we will send it to you on request before purchase. Directions and precautions are on the product page. AI-generated visuals are labelled.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code): the price shown is the final price, excluding shipping. Bundle discounts (2 or 3 bottles) apply automatically in the cart. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
5. Orders
By confirming payment, you accept these terms, which you can read before ordering. An order is final once payment is approved. A confirmation email summarises the order. For any order of €120 or more, we keep the written record of the contract for ten years and give you access to it on request (art. L213-1 and D213-1 of the French Consumer Code). We may refuse an order in case of an unresolved previous dispute or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is made securely online by card, Apple Pay or Shop Pay, and any other method shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.
7. Delivery
Orders ship from France within 1 business day. Rates: France, pickup point €3.65 (free over €75) or home €6.12; Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal: pickup point €6.55 or home €10.14; Cyprus: €16.74; other European Union countries: €10.14. The exact price and estimated delivery date are shown before payment.
We bear the risk of loss or damage until you take physical possession of the parcel (art. L216-4 of the French Consumer Code). If a parcel is lost or damaged, write to us with a photo: we will send a replacement or refund you.
If delivery does not take place on the date or within the time announced, you may ask us in writing to deliver within a reasonable additional period; if we do not, you may cancel the sale. You may cancel immediately if the delivery date was an essential condition of your order (art. L216-6 of the French Consumer Code). We will then refund you within 14 days.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). To do so, send us a clear statement by email or use the withdrawal form. Products must be returned no later than 14 days after your statement; return shipping is at your expense.
Exception: for health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bottles whose seal has been removed after delivery (art. L221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code).
We will refund all amounts paid, including the original standard shipping cost (based on the cheapest standard delivery option), no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier (art. L221-24). The refund uses the payment method of the order.
9. Legal guarantees
The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). You have two years from delivery to claim under the guarantee of conformity, during which you only need to show that the defect exists. You are entitled to repair or replacement within thirty days of your request, free of charge; if this is refused, late, causes major inconvenience or fails, you may obtain a price reduction or cancel the sale with a full refund. The official French notice, which prevails, is set out in the French version of these terms.

10. Personal data
Data needed for your order is processed by Ahmed HADJAM (EI) in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, please contact us in writing first. If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
