All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day from France. We deliver to France and the European Union. Shipping costs are shown before payment.
Free pickup-point delivery in France over €75 (from the 2-bottle bundle).

Estimated transit times after shipping: France 2 to 5 business days, European Union 3 to 7 business days.
For pickup-point delivery, you choose your Mondial Relay point right after payment, on the order confirmation page.
As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.
For health and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to a bottle whose seal has been removed after delivery (article L221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code).
How to return a product
- Email lamaisonnoor@outlook.fr or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or use the withdrawal form.
- We send you the return address. Send back the bottle with its seal intact, in its original packaging if possible, no later than 14 days after your request. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
We refund you no later than 14 days after your withdrawal request, using the payment method of your order. We may wait until we receive the product or you send us proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
Damaged or lost parcel, or wrong order
If your parcel arrives damaged, does not arrive, or does not match your order, contact us with a photo if possible: we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
