How do I use NOOR?
Pour a few drops into your palm, apply to the scalp and/or lengths, massage with your fingertips for a few minutes, then leave on to suit your routine before shampooing.
How often should I apply it?
We recommend once or twice a week, before shampooing. Consistency matters more than quantity.
Does it make hair greasy?
A small amount is enough. Applied before washing, the oil nourishes without leaving hair greasy once washed. On dry hair, a few drops on the ends are enough. Fine hair or roots that get oily quickly: apply to the lengths only, and shampoo twice if needed.
What are the ingredients?
Seven oils: rosemary oil infusion, argan, castor, olive, coconut, sesame and mustard oils. The full INCI list is on the label.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Orders leave France within 1 business day. France: Mondial Relay pickup point €3.65, free over €75, or home delivery €6.12. Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal: pickup point €6.55 or home €10.14. Cyprus: €16.74. Other EU countries: €10.14. The exact price is shown before payment. Full details.
Is NOOR suitable for men?
Yes, it fits into men’s and women’s hair routines alike.
How long does a 100 ml bottle last?
About three months with one application a week. A little less on very long or thick hair, a little more on short hair.
Allergies, pregnancy, sensitive scalp?
NOOR contains sesame, mustard and coconut oils. If you have a known allergy to any of these ingredients, do not use it. Always patch test on a small area 48 hours before. If pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have a scalp condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Why a blend rather than 7 separate oils?
For one simple gesture: the seven oils are already combined in a single dropper bottle, ready to massage in. Nothing to measure, nothing to mix, one bottle on the shelf.
Can I use it on coloured, bleached or grey hair?
Yes, NOOR can also be used on coloured, bleached or grey hair, always before shampooing. As with any new product, try it on one strand first.
My case isn’t listed (child, sensitive scalp…)?
Message us on WhatsApp before you order: the founder answers personally. For a child, pregnancy or a sensitive scalp, please also ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Can I return my product?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. For hygiene reasons, a bottle whose seal has been removed cannot be returned. Write to us to arrange the return.

The founder lives in Dubai, hence our +971 WhatsApp number. Stock is held in France: every order is prepared and shipped from France within 1 business day.
